It only takes 10 minutes drive to uni or bus stop just around the corner if you don’t have a car. The house is beautifully furnished with 42 inch TV, brand new leather couches, giant fridge, washing machine and everything else that you need. All you need to bring is furniture for your own bedroom.
-The room has a good size (15 m²)
-If you do have a car, there are plenty of free car park spaces in front of the building.
-Supermarket, bank, pharmacy and all you need are only at 200 metres away
Rent is $200 per week, including all bills
